Are your products handmade or manufactured?
Both — and we’re very intentional about it.
Some items are handmade by me in small batches, especially bath and body goods. Others are carefully curated manufactured items like kawaii accessories, cosmetics, spa goodies, and little delights I genuinely love.
If I wouldn’t use it myself, gift it, or get excited to open it — it doesn’t make the cut.
How do I know which items are handmade?
Each product listing clearly states whether an item is handmade or curated in the description. No guessing games, no fine print nonsense.
Are your handmade products safe to use?
Yes — handmade items are created in small batches with care and are intended for external use only.
That said, everyone’s skin is different. Please:

If you have sensitivities or allergies, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Do you use natural or fragrance-free ingredients?
Some products use essential oils, some use fragrance oils, and some are unscented — it depends on the product.
All ingredients are listed on each product page so you can decide what works best for you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of bath, body, and personal care items, returns are not accepted once products have been opened or used.
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me — I want to make it right.

How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary depending on whether an item is handmade or ready-to-ship.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is limited to the United States.
(We may expand later — chaos, but organized chaos.)
Is Distracted Delights really run by one person?
Yes. One human. One mom. One animal lover. Many ideas.
Everything — from making and sourcing products to packing orders — is handled with care (and probably a pet nearby).
